Terms and Conditions for the Weekday, Daytime Centre-Based ABA Therapy Contract Promotion
Eligibility
- This promotional giveaway is open to families who sign a new weekday, daytime Centre-Based ABA therapy contract with Kinark Autism Services between December 5, 2024, and January 17, 2025.
- Participants must enroll at one of the following centers: Etobicoke, Markham, Oak Ridges, Oshawa, or Thornhill
- Only one entry per child enrolled per location is permitted.
Entry
- Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the draw upon signing a new weekday, daytime Centre-Based ABA contract during the promotional giveaway period.
Prize Details
- A total of five Generation 10 tablets will be awarded, with one tablet given away at each participating center.
- Data is not included.
- The tablets are intended to support the child’s learning journey by providing access to educational apps, resources, and tools.
- Approximate value of one tablet is $499
Draw and Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries at each Centre after the promotional period ends. Entries will be assigned a unique number, and a random number generator tool will be used to select winners.
- The draw will take place on January 20, 2025.
- The odds of winning are dependent on the number of contracts signed before the giveaway closes.
Notification
- Winners will be notified via phone or email by January 24, 2025.
- Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of notification, or a new winner will be selected.
- Tablets must be picked up at the center where the winner was selected.
Additional Terms
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
- Kinark Autism Services reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
General Conditions
- By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Kinark Autism Services reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Privacy
- Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and in accordance with Kinark Autism Services’ privacy policy.
