To ensure that our children learn effectively in group environments, such as social skills groups, at school, and in community programs, it’s important to provide them with the right skills to help them thrive in these settings. In this workshop, we will discuss the pre-requisite skills your child may need for group environments, why they are important, and how you can work on teaching these skills at home. Some of the skills we will discuss include listening and following directions, tolerating transitions, imitation, joining in, group demands, and more!
