Registered Behaviour Analyst Team
All of our Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) programs are supervised by a Registered Behaviour Analyst with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, R.B.A. (Ont.). Our team of R.B.A.s have a graduate level education in ABA and extensive experience and training in the development and supervision of individualized service plans for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The R.B.A.s work closely with families throughout their service to best meet the individual needs of their child and family. Our team of R.B.A.s also provide leadership, training, supervision and mentorship to our frontline clinical teams.

Scott Bark
Senior Director, Kinark Autism Services
With over 25 years of experience as a clinician, teacher and administrator, Scott brings a passion and commitment to working with children and youth with autism and their families to achieve better life outcomes together. Scott holds a Master of Public Administration and supports the creation, development and execution of services within the program.
Melissa Ball
Clinical Director, Kinark Autism Services
Melissa has been working with children and youth with autism and in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) for over 20 years providing direct service, consultation, clinical supervision and staff training. Melissa received her Master of Applied Disability Studies with specialization in ABA from Brock University and is a BCBA, R.B.A. (Ont.). Melissa is committed to evidence-based practice and family-centred care.

Kelli Blum
Clinical Lead, Kinark Autism Services
Kelli has a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and is a Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.) as well as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has worked with children and youth diagnosed with autism and behavioural disorders for 20 years. Kelli has worked in clinical and management roles in both the public and private sector providing direct service, clinical supervision, staff training, assessment, consultation, and project management. Kelli is passionate about bettering the lives of the families she supports and is committed to ensuring the delivery of a standard of care that she would want for her own children.
Shannon Borch
Clinical Lead, Kinark Autism Services
Shannon has been practicing in the field of behaviour analysis for over 20 years. As Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.), and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Shannon is passionate about enriching the lives of the children, youth and families she serves. In her leadership position overseeing the Entry to School (ETS) and School Support Programs, she is dedicated to supporting children and youth as they transition into and throughout the education system using evidence-based best practice and through fostering partnerships.
Affan Jalal
Clinical Lead, Kinark Autism Services
Affan is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.). He has over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and their caregivers in a variety of environments through assessment, treatment planning, implementation, training, and consultation. As a leader in Kinark Autism services, Affan oversees Foundational Family Services, Group Services, as well as ABA Coaching, and is involved in a number of projects focused on the transformation and expansion of our Autism Services. Affan is passionate about building strong clinical teams by fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
Shona M. Richards
Clinical Lead, Kinark Autism Services
Shona is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.). Shona has worked with children and youth with autism for over 20 years and has provided consultation and support to many children and youth with autism and complex mental health; their families and surrounding professionals. Shona is passionate about the integration of Applied Behaviour Analytic and Mental Health supports to inform optimal treatment outcomes for clients and their care-teams, and is committed to advocating for an interdisciplinary approach to care. Shona currently oversees ABA implementation for Urgent Response Service (URS) across York, Simcoe, and Durham regions.
Tiffany Rosati
Clinical Lead, Kinark Autism Services
Tiffany has a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and is a Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A.(Ont.) as well as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has over 20 years experience working with children, youth and their families. Tiffany has worked in clinical and management roles in both the public and private sector providing direct service, clinical supervision, staff training, assessment, consultation, and project management. Tiffany is passionate about holding children and families at the centre of all she does.

Janice Arsenault
Clinical Supervisor, Kinark Autism Services
Janice is a Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.) and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 18 years of experience working with children, youth, and their families. Janice leads Group ABA services at Kinark, overseeing its expansion into new locations, schedules, and programs, while ensuring quality and care for families. Janice is passionate about teaching essential social and life skills through groups and has overseen the launch of many new programs; from teaching play skills to early learners, to dating and career skills to teens and young adults. She strives to develop new and engaging programs to meet the needs of families and their children as they grow.
Hima De Silva
Clinical Supervisor, Kinark Autism Services
Hima is a Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.), and a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) who earned a Master’s degree in Applied Disability Studies from Brock University and has over seven years of experience working with children, youth, adults, and families with complex needs. She is passionate about working with families to provide meaningful and evidenced based approaches that support the skill development of our learners. Hima believes that families, values and parent support are integral to encouraging an empowering and trusting experience. Hima is dedicated to the advancement of highly collaborative supports to provide individualized, efficient and validating care to children, youth, and families. At Kinark, Hima oversees the implementation of ABA therapy for ABA services in Oshawa.
Alyssa Girardo
Clinical Supervisor, Kinark Autism Services
Alyssa is a Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.) and Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and their families through direct service, coaching, and clinical supervision. Alyssa is a clinical supervisor, overseeing centre and home-based services in Oak Ridges and the surrounding area. She is passionate about providing quality services and working collaboratively with families using evidence-based approaches to support best outcomes.
Erin Harrison
Clinical Supervisor, Kinark Autism Services
Erin is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.) with a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis. Erin has been in the field for 18 years and is a Clinical Supervisor in Kinark’s centre and home-based ABA programs. She is passionate about creating meaningful relationships and engaging learning environments for the clients she works with and creating strong partnerships with families to work together on meaningful goals.

Kealey is a Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.) and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 24 years of experience working with children and their families in the field of ABA and Autism. Kealey is a clinical supervisor in the Entry to School (ETS) program, preparing learners for starting school through classroom readiness, and supporting transition to school through consultation. Kealey believes in building strong relationships with families, school teams and community partners to ensure that children reach their full potential.
Taylor Huculak
Clinical Supervisor, Kinark Autism Services
Taylor is a Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.) and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over seven years of experience working with children, youth, and their families. Taylor is a clinical supervisor, overseeing centre and home-based ABA services at Kinark in the Barrie and Simcoe region. Taylor has worked in both the public and private sector delivering direct ABA services, caregiver coaching sessions, and clinical supervision. She is passionate about working collaboratively with families to identify pragmatic and evidence-based approaches to support the acquisition and expansion of socially significant behaviours of our learners. Taylor values building meaningful relationships with learners and their families to encourage an empowering and positive experience for all.
Sara John
Clinical Supervisor, Kinark Autism Services
Sara is a Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.) and a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with experience in the field of autism for over 20 years. Sara is a Clinical Supervisor for Kinark’s Markham centre-based and home-based ABA programs, overseeing the cases of multiple children and teenagers. She is dedicated to improving the quality of life for clients through evidence-based ABA interventions and is equally passionate about mentoring and training future behaviour analysts in the field.
Danielle Kamiel
Clinical Supervisor, Kinark Autism Services
Danielle has worked in the field for over 10 years, and has experience in both the public and private sector providing direct service as well as clinical supervision. She is passionate about providing high quality service and is dedicated to the families and children she works with. Danielle is a Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.) and a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). At Kinark, Danielle primarily oversees the Caregiver Mediated Early Years (CMEY) program and helps support with staff training. In her spare time, she is a part-time professor at Durham College in the Autism and Behavioural Sciences Program.
Kristina McAdam

Kristina has been practicing in the field of behaviour analysis for over 15 years, providing direct service, consultation, and clinical supervision. As a Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.) and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Kristina utilizes a compassionate care approach, working alongside clinicians and families to ensure quality supports and best outcomes for the children and youth we serve. At Kinark, Kristina provides clinical oversight across several programs, including Connections for Students, Brief Behavioural Consultation, and ABA Coaching.
Amanda Modrovsky
Clinical Supervisor, Kinark Autism Services
Amanda is Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.) and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience working with children and their families in the field of ABA both in Canada and the US. Amanda is a clinical supervisor in the Entry to School (ETS) program, preparing learners for starting school through classroom readiness, and supporting transition to school through consultation. Amanda has a strong passion for teaching and sharing knowledge on neurodiversity and neuro-affirming care. She is a firm believer in meeting the children where they are at and working collaboratively with families and other teams to help children reach their full potential.

Narmatha is a Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.) and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 24 years of experience working with children and their families in the field of ABA and Autism. Narmatha is a clinical supervisor in the Entry to School (ETS) program, preparing learners for starting school through classroom readiness, and supporting transition to school through consultation. Narmatha is passionate about advocating and supporting learners transition into the education system through a multidisciplinary approach.

Julia is a Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.) and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years of experience working with children, youth, and their families in the field of ABA and Autism. Julia is a Clinical Supervisor in the School Support Program and has a key role in the development/delivery of educational content for parents and professionals. She is passionate about providing high quality service and achieving good outcomes.
Sonia Stellato

Sonia has been practicing in the field of behaviour analysis for over 10 years supporting learners and families. She is a Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.), a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and an Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) certified therapist. Sonia is passionate about meeting learners where they are at and promoting happy, relaxed and engaged learning environments. At Kinark, Sonia is a Clinical Supervisor in ABA Services and the Better Behaviour Clinic with specific training and expertise in Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment. Sonia also teaches part-time at Seneca College in the Behavioural Science program.
Samidha Vishway

Samidha Vishway is a Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.) and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over seven years of experience, specializing in supporting individuals with autism and their families. As a clinical supervisor in the Entry to School (ETS) program, she applies behavior analytic principles to impart school readiness skills to preschool-aged learners. Samidha advocates for and implements a collaborative approach to facilitate smooth school transitions, prioritizing evidence-based practices to achieve meaningful outcomes for each learner.

Joyce is a Registered Occupational Therapist in Canada and Hong Kong, who has been working with children and youth living with neurodiversity. She is passionate about enhancing functional skills and participation of her clients in daily activities. With a strong focus on individualized therapy, Joyce collaborates closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to create tailored interventions that promote independence and self-confidence.

Dr. Fraccaro is a registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario in the areas of Clinical and School Psychology. She provides comprehensive psychological assessments to identify learning, developmental, and mental health conditions as well as individual capacities. She works from a strengths-based perspective, valuing each individual’s unique strengths. She is passionate about supporting children and youth to feel empowered to reach their full potential.

Raeesa is a registered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in private practice and teletherapy. She specializes in working with individuals of all ages from diverse cultural, linguistic, and neurodiverse backgrounds. Raeesa is passionate about building strong connections to facilitate meaningful communication. She creates individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that support client progress and adapt to their specific needs.

Speech-Language Pathologist, Kinark Autism Services
Cadence is a Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about working with children of all ages and their caregivers to support their communication goals. Cadence has previous experience providing SLP services in private practice settings, in client homes and daycares. She takes a neurodiversity-affirming approach to therapy and is always open to learning to become the best therapist that she can be.
Mihaela Stefan
Speech-Language Pathologist, Kinark Autism Services
Mihaela is a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who has been working with children, youth, and their families for over a year. Prior to becoming an SLP, Mihaela was a brain researcher in child and adolescent psychiatry. As an SLP, she specializes in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Mihaela is committed to providing evidence-based treatment, while recognizing and valuing each client’s unique strengths and needs.
