Summer Programs
Are you looking for summer programs that offer social opportunities for your child?
Join us in 2025!
Our summer programs are designed to help children develop essential skills in a fun, supportive environment.
Using evidence-based strategies, our experienced clinicians guide children in learning communication, social skills, emotional regulation and/or daily living skills, through individual or group formats. All our programs are supervised by Registered Behaviour Analysts and aim to offer a dynamic, interactive learning experience.
Summer ABA
At Kinark, we strive to provide the best support for every child.
Our Summer ABA Program is designed for children and youth who require 1:1 support and who have challenges learning in group environments.
The focus of this program is on improving communication, social skills, behavior management, and/or daily living tasks through individualized program plans. Using evidence-based strategies, children will engage in structured activities tailored to their specific needs, with a goal of promoting independence and positive behavior.
Connect with our team to discuss if this program is a fit for your child by completing an interest form.

Summer ABA is offered at our ABA Centres in Etobicoke, Markham, Oak Ridges, Oshawa, and Thornhill. There is also a virtual option for families.
Summer Camp Groups
Our Summer Camp Groups offer a dynamic and supportive environment for children and youth to learn, form meaningful connections, and build lasting friendships with their peers in a fun, summer camp setting.
Our mornings are focused on learning new social, emotional, and communication skills through interactive activities and games.
In our afternoon sessions, we put those skills into practice, with activities guided by the group’s interests. Participants may prepare and share a snack together, play board games, or engage in group activities, all while strengthening social skills and building connections in a fun, safe space.
For Group-based ABA Services, children may not be suitable if they have challenging behaviors that disrupt group learning, require 1:1 support, or are not toilet trained (for in-person groups). Our groups are designed with a 3:1 ratio (participants to clinicians), which may not be sufficient for children needing more individualized attention. If your child falls into these categories, we can recommend alternative services better suited to their needs.
Our goal is to ensure your child receives the appropriate care to support their growth and success.
