Kinark Child and Family Services is announcing changes to our service delivery model, including the discontinuation of several clinical services and the closure of our Thornhill ABA Centre. 

Effective immediately, we are closing our Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Psychological Assessment services. This decision is part of a broader organizational realignment to focus resources on core program areas where we continue to have the greatest impact for children, youth, and families. 

In addition, Thornhill ABA Centre will close by the end of March 2026. Programs and services previously delivered at this location will conclude or shift to alternate delivery models within the agency. 

Individuals and partners seeking SLP, OT, or assessment services are encouraged to connect with community-based providers offering these supports. For assistance locating community resources, or for information about our programs and services, please contact us at autisminfo@kinark.on.ca or 1‑800‑283‑3377. 

All other Kinark sites and programs remain operational. Kinark continues to deliver high-quality services aligned with our mission and strategic priorities and will continue to support children, youth, and families across our service areas through our core programs.
